How to participate
In order to upload your video and take part in FTM’09, you must first register as a user. To do this you need to go to the user access page.
If you’re a new user, navigate to the user access page and click on the last option ‘register’. This will bring up a form where you can fill in your details, as well as the title or titles of the videos you wish to upload (maximum 5 videos), in order to continue with the registration process.
Once you have finished registering, you will receive an email with instructions on how to confirm your registration. After you have successfully confirmed, you will be able to log in using your username and password and upload your short film using the new ‘upload video’ menu you’ll see on the upper bar.
The jury will check your video and it will be published on the web within a maximum of 24 hours.
Remember that the technical specifications for entering are the following:
- Supported formats: MOV, MP4, 3GP, AVI
- Maximum permitted screen resolution: (VGA) 640 x 480 pixels.
- Duration: minimum 30 seconds / maximum 2 minutes
- Maximum file size: 12 MB
